The Ohio State University (OSU) NanoSystems Laboratory (NSL) is an established user facility located in the Physics Research Building on the central OSU campus in Columbus, OH. NSL provides researchers with access to a variety of cutting-edge characterization and fabrication tools. The facility is open to all interested users—both academic and industrial—on a user-fee basis.

NSL is supported by the OSU Institute for Materials and Manufacturing Research (IMR), the OSU Center for Emergent Materials (CEM), which is funded by a National Science Foundation MRSEC award, the OSU Center for Exploration of Novel Complex Materials (ENCOMM), and the OSU Department of Physics.

NSL is a member of the MRSEC Facilities Network and of DMR-FIRST, the Division of Materials Research Facilities and Instrumentation Research Search Tool.
